Thank you for your note. Just quick questions, the third one being urgent:
- I assume that my email isn't the only thing that will be given to the RSC
- Am not sure why I need to phone for the names, but since I am copying this to Graham, hope he can email me the names in response to this.
- It seems to be clearly implied by your note that for the purposes of the RSC I am a Member of the Public. Could you please confirm this reading, since I should not like to miss the opportunity to attend if I am permitted to do so.
Separately I have been asked by the Local Democracy Group to enquire of you whether the legal team at CDC (and therefore presumably in local government as a whole) is employed to serve the interests of CDC qua organisation or the interests of the electorate in respect of its relationship with CDC qua elected body.
